My Jazzy 600 was in an accident and taken to the original supplier for repair. An insurance rep contacted me and said that the company told him that 1 of the motors was damaged and that both motors had to be replaced even though the other was not damaged because they were a pair. The insurance man contacted another service provider who said that is was not true they would replace just 1 motor and charge about 2/3rds of what the first company wanted. I an supposed to decide what to do
but I don’t have a clue. HELP!! -

Just today I noticed when unpluging the chair he lites where the same, no chance. Do not know if it’s getting a charge or not. I’ve only had the Jazzy 200 for less then two years, Medi-cal payed for it and I don’t have the $40.00 to pay the company I got it from for a service charge. I heard of a way I can get it looked at for free? Thanking you .
