		<description>My chair will not charge the batteries, but we have 4 volts showing as an output.  Is there a  way to home-test this charger to see if it is putting out any current?</description>

		<description>I was going along real nice and all of the sudden it just stopped with not warning. I checked the reset button but that did nothing. The way it appears the reset had not gone off. With the key on it showed power in the batteries but just will not go. I turned the key off and tried to reset no luck. undid the thing so u can roll it and reset it agan but still nothing.
